7. Are you a member of a professional inspector association? If so, which one(s)? All BPG inspectors are required to attain membership in the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA), or equivalent state professional inspection association.
8. Will you provide me with references? BPG is happy to provide you with client references.
9. Do you produce a narrative or checklist type report? BPG provides a Key Findings, Items Inspected and comprehensive Property Information narrative report professionally produced to meet your ongoing requirements for your investment.
10. Will I receive my report quickly? The reports can be printed on-site and are also available via our Web site within 24 hours of the inspection.
11. Will you repair any problems or conditions you find for an additional charge? It is a conflict of interest for a home inspector to do repair work on a home he/she inspects.
12. May I attend the inspection along with my Realtor? BPG encourages you and your Realtor to accompany the inspector on the inspection.
