We make scheduling an inspection easy. Our Customer Service Center is staffed with trained specialists who are ready to answer your questions and help you with your booking. With extended service hours Monday thru Friday (8:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST) and Saturday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST), and over 300 inspectors, engineers and service professionals at your disposal, we’re here to meet the needs of your busy schedule.

Our inspectors are covered both by General Liability and Errors & Omissions policies, and our exclusive E&O insurance also covers the referring Realtor® and broker for inspection-related issues. BPG utilizes an advanced Inspection Management System, providing the most professional and comprehensive reports in the industry. The Key Findings report is delivered within 24 hours of the inspection, and describes items in need of attention. The Key Findings report was designed with Realtor® input from all markets we serve. The easy-to-read format makes it simple to locate items in need of repair, and is a helpful tool for negotiations when it comes to closing the deal.
