| BPG Customer Service Center is staffed with highly-trained specialists who can answer inquiries and turn them into orders. Extended hours of operation include Monday thru Friday (8 AM - 5 PM EST) and Saturday (9 AM - 5 PM EST). When it comes to booking orders, our inspectors have a decided advantage. |

| Professional Membership and Ongoing Educational Expenses |

| Virtually all real estate professionals recommend the use of inspectors who are members of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), CREIA (California Real Estate Inspection Association), or an equivalent state professional inspection association. As the industry moves increasingly toward regulation, such membership is likely to become mandatory. BPG pays annual membership dues for all our inspectors. Further, we reimburse for attendance at association continuing education events. |

| Continual Training to Upgrade Skills |

| Ours is a fast-changing industry. Continuing education and training is a requirement not only for ASHI membership, but also for success in the marketplace. BPG conducts regional meetings dealing with the whole spectrum of inspection issues. As additional inspection services are introduced (i.e. environmental, commercial, pest, etc.), BPG will supply the additional training required. BPG also reimburses each inspector for tuition and books when approved courses are completed. |
